Bill Seeks Reporting on NY Court Judge Demographics

The New York Law Journal quoted President Greenberg on Sen. Brad Hoylman’s bill to require the collection and publication of judges’ demographic information.
“In order for New Yorkers to continue to have confidence in the judiciary, we need to ensure that the diversity of our judges reflect the rich diversity of our state’s population,” Sen. Brad Hoylman, a Manhattan Democrat, said in the news release about the newly introduce legislation.
