Coming Soon! Ten Tips To Help Grow Your Practice
4.27.2020
With the practice of law changing dramatically in the last 45 days, it is perhaps more important than ever that lawyers must know what they need to get in front of their clients.
NYSBA will offer, “Ten Tips to Help Grow Your Practice,” this Wednesday, April 29 from 12-1 p.m. via webinar. Initially planned before the coronavirus pandemic, the program reflects what lawyers need to thrive now with an increased emphasis on an attorney’s website and virtual presence.
Sarah Gold of Albany (Gold Law Firm), co-chair of the Law Practice Management Committee, is the sole speaker for this program.
Gold said “We want people to understand what clients are looking for now that they may not have had to think about before, such as how to answer your phone and what is on your website.”
As an example, Gold said when law firms come up in Google search results, their office may be listed as “temporarily closed due to COVID-19,” when it is, in fact, remote but still open. “This is just one area that lawyers need to look at and be aware of,” said Gold.
The program is $50 for members. Attendees will earn 1.0 MCLE Credit in Law Practice Management. An on-demand archive will be available shortly after the program. Register here for the live webinar: https://nysba.org/events/10-tips-to-help-grow-your-practice-webinar/
