Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee (Labor and Employment Law)

The ADR Committee focuses on ways in which mediation and arbitration (excluding the collective bargaining setting) are applicable and useful to labor and employment lawyers. Our mission is to educate Section members about important developments in these areas and to improve the practice skills of advocates and neutrals in these processes.
