The Digital Entertainment, TV and Radio Committee is open to lawyers and law students who have an interest in the areas of law that impact clients who work in digital media, television content production and distribution, and radio content production and distribution. Like other practices in entertainment law, our members’ areas of interest include contract negotiation, technology law, copyright, trademark, privacy and right of publicity, employment law, first amendment law, and legal ethics. Members of the committee have included attorneys in private practice and in-house counsel in a variety of settings including publicly traded companies, nonprofits, and private companies.
