Ethics and Professionalism Committee (Labor and Employment Law)

The Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility focuses on current ethics issues confronting labor and employment law practitioners, whether as advocates, neutrals or government personnel. Its primary objective is to provide educational content to Section members via CLE programs and/or articles on a wide variety of ethics issues faced by practitioners. From time to time it also reviews various State Bar Association initiatives in the area of ethics and professional responsibility to assist the Section leadership in formulating positions on those initiatives.
