Description: This Committee advocates for and against legislative action for the overall benefit of our clients and our members. We do this by working closely with our Section’s lobbyists in tracking any relevant proposed legislation. We also do this by holding either monthly conference calls or meetings among our Committee members to discuss issues that are or could be problematic to our clients and to our members and work toward proposing legislation that can address these issues. We are always looking for new members as it is important for us to have feedback from as many members as possible regarding any issues that may be affecting our clients or our members that may necessitate legislative action.
