The Life Insurance and Employee Benefits Committee focuses on life insurance, annuity, and employee benefit issues in estate and life planning and in estate administration. The Committee engages in five major activities: (1) discusses issues that members have confronted; (2) prepares articles to clarify issues for members of our Section and the New York State Bar Association; (3) prepares and analyzes legislative and regulatory proposals; (4) prepares and presents CLE programs and (5) helps junior attorneys to improve their legal skills.
