Are you new to the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution?  Perhaps you are looking to add to your existing law practice by serving as a neutral.  Perhaps you aspire to the bench and are looking for practical experience as an adjudicator to round out your resume.  Perhaps you have retired after a judicial career and want to stay active professionally.  There are many reasons lawyers seek to enhance their professional careers by helping others resolve their disputes fairly and efficiently outside the court system.  But as with any new endeavor you have questions.  Where do I get training?  What skills should I develop or sharpen?  What organizations should I join?  How do I market myself?  The goal of the New Practitioners in ADR Committee is to help you answers those questions and more.  Through networking events, an active on-line community, and a yearly new practitioner-focused CLE program, membership on our committee will help you grow and thrive in your new practice area of helping other resolve their disputes.  Join us!
