Tristan is a Legal Director at Bramble & Associates and Consultant at Tenet Law in London. His portfolio practice focuses on financial crime risk, investigations & compliance. His UK experience includes working for HSBC and leading law firms Ashurst and Addleshaw Goddard. Tristan maintains US licenses in Washington, D.C. & New Jersey. He relocated to London in April 2018, following almost 8 years practice in Washington, D.C., including for the U.S. Department of Justice.

As a Commissioner for Oaths and a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), including specialised groups, she stays updated on family inheritance and succession planning.

Rachel’s Full Accredited Membership with Association of Lifetime Lawyers reflects her commitment to providing specialised legal advice to older and vulnerable clients.

Initially qualifying as a legal executive in 2007 before becoming a solicitor in 2009, Rachel’s exemplary achievements include winning Sole Practitioner of the Year at The Law Society’s Excellence Awards in 2018.
