4/10/26 Mindful Moments: Weekly Group

Group Overview:
The Attorney Well-Being Program integrates an intentional mindful moment into each week with these Friday group meditations. Each half hour drop-in session is free and open to all. A variety of topics will help legal professionals explore their internal relationship with concepts of compassion, joy, rest and more. Every Friday opens with a 20-minute mindfulness practice guided by a legal professional with meditation experience. The final 10 minutes of scheduled programming are open for optional community discussion and thought sharing, which may help to overcome barriers and build connection.

Group Facilitators:

Ann Lapinski, Steven Knowlton, and Niti Parthasarathy are lawyers with experience in meditation. Each is dedicated to creating a more intentional legal practice, balanced in the present moment through mindfulness. They volunteer their Friday afternoons specifically to assist legal professionals with their meditation practices.
