A Conversation With Justice Richard Platkin And Justice Deborah H. Karalunas

An exclusive event for Commercial and Federal Litigation Section members, this virtual panel consists of the Honorable Richard Platkin and the Honorable Deborah H. Karalunas from the Commercial Divisions of the 3rd and 5th Judicial Districts. The Justices will discuss practices in the Commercial Division as well as their experiences in COVID-related cases, virtual appearances, and other current issues. This program is intended to be an interactive conversation between the Justices and members of the New York State Bar Association. Judges Platkin and Karalunas would like to have a discussion with practitioners about their preferences and thoughts relating to virtual practice.
