Please join the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section for a conversation in person with the Acting Chief Judge of the State of New York, the Honorable Anthony Cannataro, at Foley & Lardner LLP. Topics to be discussed include Commercial Division Practice, ADR in the New York State Unified Court System, and Judge Cannataro’s tenure on the New York Court of Appeals among other things. Moderator will be Dan Wiig, Immediate Past Chair of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section, and  podcast host of the Amicus Curiae. Attendees will have an opportunity for Q&A during the program. A cocktail reception will be hosted as well. A virtual option is available – once you register for the program, you are able to choose live versus virtual. If you are in the area, please come in person if possible! Limited seating, register early.
