Artificial Intelligence: Its Potential Role in Arbitration and Mediation — Risks and Opportunities, a Program for Neutrals and Litigators

This program is intended for neutrals and litigators. It will explore ways in which AI, now or in the foreseeable future, may be helpful to our work as neutrals and as counsel—and as to pitfalls to be avoided. This will be the first of several programs on this topic. It is designed to provide the basics and to brainstorm areas of potential opportunity and lay the foundation for the later programs.
