Creating Calm with Emotional Freedom Techniques – Session 7

The Attorney Well-Being Program welcomes guest facilitator, Dr. Michelle Thomspon, Esq. for a group focused on creating calm. This series will utilize Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a modality used to mitigate anxious feelings, physical discomfort, and unproductive habits stemming from stress in the legal field. EFT, also known as "tapping", is an accessible technique that can be integrated within the busy workday, as a separate home practice, and everywhere in-between. This is the first of eight bi-weekly sessions. Participants are encouraged but not obligated to attend all sessions. Registrations for this session will provide access and communication to future sessions which runs Thursdays from 1pm to 2pm every other week, with one more session left this series.
