Most people can sustain a bit of chaos in their jobs or career for a finite period of time.  However, if most days you are coming home exhausted for various reasons, experiencing that Sunday night dread, you could be on the brink of job burnout. This is especially true if you are trying to run your own law firm and trying to keep the many moving parts in sync.

 

The trick is asking ourselves- what is within our control to change?  What are we empowered to do to make things better for ourselves, our client and/or our employees? 

 

During this interactive training, Julie Shore, career coach and certified consultant will help participants identify: 

  1. What is on their plate currently (literally using a plate handout) at home and at work? 
  1. Identify two things that do NOT require them to remove from their plates. 
  1. Identify their top three work and personal values. 
  1. Identify one person with whom they must have a conversation to make their situation better and receive a script to do so. 
  1. Begin to identify their strengths they want to use next. 
  1. How to begin to use their calendars as their ‘to do lists’ 
  1. How to set up their future career vision
