NYSBA’s Egypt Chapter presents this program that bridges the investment climate between the U.S. and the Middle East as strategic partners in the international investment field. The program examines the current investment climates in three major jurisdictions, namely, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. The program will focus not just on the legal issues that impact the international investments in these jurisdictions but also the economic and practical issues that may result from international cross-border relations between commercial and investment entities. The program comprises stellar speakers with leading economic and legal voices in the U.S., the UAE and Kuwait in a collaborative environment to bridge the practical investment relations that involve investors from the U.S., UAE, and Kuwait.
