Off-Site Non-CLE Program and Reception

Our program will feature two simultaneous discussions. We will host a dialogue with NLRB Regional Directors. We will also host a discussion with the New York City Human Rights Deputy Commissioner and (pending) a regional EEOC Commissioner. A reception will follow, celebrating the publication of the fifth edition of Lefkowitz on Public Sector Labor & Employment Law.

Highlights and Objectives: 

• Representatives of labor, management, and individual employees, as well as neutrals, will benefit from advanced skills training
• Attendees will learn about recent trends in labor and employment law
