Leadership Lessons From The Military Panel
Leadership in any realm involves decision making, team building, division and delegation of responsibilities, motivation of personnel, trust building, process implementation and oversight, effective escalation, and effective action and reaction to challenges. Our panelists have developed their leadership skills, at least in part, through their military service and will discuss which of those can be utilized in the private/civilian sector to increase organizational success and which should be avoided.
