Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been adopted by the Insurance industry. This program in ADR will provide an introduction as to how it is operating in these early days given its importance as a financial consideration in many disputes.

Audrey Samers, General Counsel, Chubb. Is Managing Deputy who is responsible for setting Chubb’s global legal strategy on artificial intelligence and digital initiatives. Prior to Chubb Ms. Samers was also a Deputy Supt. & General Counsel of the NY Dept of Insurance responsible for all regulatory, enforcement, litigation, corporate and contracting matters.

Alex Turner, Partner, Spilman, Thomas & Battle. Primary area of practice is litigation in the commercial, medical liability and product liability areas representing insurance companies, financial institutions, manufacturers and healthcare systems. He Is experienced in Cybersecurity and Privacy, Trucking Safety Technology and Healthcare Risk Management.
