Let Your Yoga Dance: Attorney Well-Being Practice Program
Dance your way to health of the body, mind, and spirit! This class is for anyone who wants to move and experience the joy of dance. This virtual program can be done anywhere, even small space. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You can dance barefoot or in sneakers. If ability is limited, the program can be done in a chair. Come take a stress-free break from your day with licensed Let Your Yoga Dance instructor Ann Lapinski. Ann is a member of NYSBA’s Attorney Well-Being Committee and had been teaching this yoga practice for eight years.
