One year after the launch of the New York State Health Equity Reform 1115 Medicaid Waiver, where do we stand? This follow-up event will examine the implementation progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities in integrating social determinants of health into Medicaid programming, including the status of Social Care Networks in providing essential services. Experts and key stakeholders will discuss the progress and impact of the waiver on health services delivery, community-based partnerships, and the evolving legal and policy landscape.
Join members of the NYSBA Health Law Section, healthcare leaders, policymakers, and advocates to assess the past year’s developments, share insights on what’s working, and explore what’s next for health equity in New York.
