NYSBA Mediator Roundtable Series: February 2026 Edition

The Mediation Committee’s Subcommittee on Mediator Professional Development will be hosting monthly free NYSBA Mediator Roundtables through June 16, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. This Roundtable is designed as a forum for mediators of all levels, from newer mediators to seasoned practitioners, to share and discuss mediation experiences and suggested techniques with fellow practitioners. This will be an interactive dialogue, not recorded, so please come ready to discuss specific mediation challenges you have faced in recent practice and workshop them with other mediators. We invite mediators of all levels of experience to join in this dialogue and learn from each other. We look forward to having this conversation with you! This Roundtable will be taking place every month through June 2026. 

The moderators are Carmen Rodriguez and Marilyn Kunstler. 

Our guest host will be Danielle B. Shalov of the ADR Administrator for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
