NYSBA Mediator Roundtable Series: September 2023 Edition

The Mediation Committee’s Subcommittee on Mediator Professional Development will be hosting its next free periodic NYSBA Mediator Roundtable on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. This Roundtable is designed as a forum for mediators of all levels—from newer mediators to seasoned practitioners—to share and discuss mediation experiences and suggested techniques with fellow practitioners. This will be an interactive dialogue, so please come ready to discuss specific mediation challenges you have faced in recent practice and workshop them with other mediators. We invite mediators of all levels of experience to join in this dialogue and learn from each other. We look forward to having this conversation with you! This Roundtable will be taking place every month through June, 2024.

The guest-host for this Roundtable will be newly-installed DR Section Chair Jeff Anderson. Jeff is an accomplished personal injury attorney who is frequently retained by lawyers and insurance counsel to mediate or arbitrate personal injury, wrongful death, commercial and property damage cases.
