NYSBA Mediator Roundtable Series: September 2025 Edition

The Mediation Committee’s Subcommittee on Mediator Professional Development will be hosting monthly free NYSBA Mediator Roundtables through June 16, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. This Roundtable is designed as a forum for mediators of all levels, from newer mediators to seasoned practitioners, to share and discuss mediation experiences and suggested techniques with fellow practitioners. This will be an interactive dialogue, not recorded, so please come ready to discuss specific mediation challenges you have faced in recent practice and workshop them with other mediators. We invite mediators of all levels of experience to join in this dialogue and learn from each other. We look forward to having this conversation with you!

The moderators are Carmen Rodriguez and Marilyn Kunstler.

Our guest host will be our section’s Chair, Bill Crosby. He will discuss his professional background, his experience with mediation, and his perspectives on the first three months of his term as Chair.
