Part 1: Breaking the Career Ceiling: Why High Performing Women Attorneys Get Stuck and What Changes That

Overview: This two-part workshop series is designed for mid-career women attorneys who are highly capable, consistently relied upon, and trusted to execute but are not yet being invited into strategic decision making or leadership conversations.

Participants will learn what differentiate those who are pulled into strategic conversations from those who are relied on for execution, why traditional strategies stop working at a certain level, and how to reposition themselves for greater influence and leadership opportunities.

Description: Many women attorneys reach a point where they are indispensable to their teams. They manage cases, mentor others, and deliver exceptional work, yet remain outside of strategic decision making and leadership conversations.

This session explores what tends to differentiate those who are pulled into strategic conversations from those who are relied on for execution. Participants will examine why the strategies that once drove success stop working at a certain level and how they are currently being experienced in high stakes environments.

The focus is on building awareness of the patterns that shape advancement so participants can begin to see where change is required.
