Recent Developments in Merger Enforcement Policy
- The Mergers Committee of the Antitrust Law Section will host a panel discussing the federal antitrust authorities’ recently announced initiatives to strengthen merger enforcement. The panel will explore the modernization of the merger guidelines and the request for information on merger enforcement issued by the federal antitrust authorities. The panelists are Jay L. Himes from the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, Rishi P. Chhatwal of AT&T, Inc., and Subbu Ramanarayanan of NERA.
