The Latest Developments in the NYS Film Tax Credit Program

In this program, the panelists will discuss how the Tax Credit program has not only been increased but it has changed, in New York, both for the NYC Metropolitan Area, and outside that area.  A producer will discuss how the location selection for production of a feature film is impacted by the tax incentives available, the world over.  A lender will discuss how they provide loans to producers secured by these tax incentives.
