Under 10 Club Tax Section’s Report & Networking Event
Please join the Under-10 Club and Rita Halabi who will be presenting on the NYSBA Tax Section's Report on the proposed regulations to Section 6418, which relate the transferability of Energy Tax Credits. Rita will go over the underlying issues presented by the law, as well as NYSBA Tax section's recommendations to address those issues. The presentation will be followed by a reception with beverages and light appetizers.
