Weekly Meditation Series – September 23, 2022
This meditation program is a half hour weekly drop-in. The first 20 minutes is a guided mindfulness meditation on a range of topics including dealing with thoughts and emotions, finding compassion, joy and calm in your life and facing challenges. The last 10 minutes is for thoughts and questions. This is an opportunity to take a break from your workday and practice meditation with other lawyers.

Presenter Bio: Ann Lapinski had a career in nutrition and wellness before she attended law school, then was an attorney for the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation for 32 years before retiring in 2020. She is close to the completion of a 2-year training program to become a certified meditation teacher. Ann has been practicing meditation for 14 years.
