Following study, NYS Bar Association comes out in support of adult recreation marijuana use

The Albany Times-Union reported on NYSBA’s support for legalizing recreational marijuana.

The New York State Bar Association on Friday came out in support for the legalization of adult use of recreational marijuana.

The association approved a report completed by the group’s Committee on Cannabis Law, which outlines strategies for implementing legal cannabis in New York. It was adopted by the Bar Association’s House of Delegates as well.
