NYSBA On-Demand programs offering credits in Ethics and Professionalism

Experienced attorneys in New York must earn at least 4 CLE credit hours in Ethics and Professionalism each biennial reporting cycle. Below please find ethics courses that are available online, on demand to all NYSBA members.

Attorneys may also satisfy a maximum of 3 credits of the Ethics and Professionalism requirement with the same number of Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection-Ethics credits.
