“The New York State Bar Association commends Governor Cuomo for signing into law a bill authorizing new Family Court judgeships around the state. This bill is the Association’s highest legislative priority in 2014.

“The authorization of additional judgeships is an important step to help address challenges facing family courts throughout the state.”
