New York State Bar Association President Hank Greenberg was recognized as one of New York’s 100 most powerful lawyers by City & State New York at a reception in New York City on Tuesday, March 10.

City & State highlights New York’s 100 most influential lawyers with their 2020 Law Power 100 list, which identifies and ranks New York’s legal leaders based on their achievements, track record and sway in political and policy matters.

Greenberg is ranked at #33.

The publication states: “Henry ‘Hank’ Greenberg became the president of the state bar association last year after spending the previous year as president-elect and chair of the association’s House of Delegates. Once a federal prosecutor and now a lawyer who focuses on civil litigation, criminal and civil investigations, and regulatory and administrative law, Greenberg has served as counsel to Gov. Andrew Cuomo (when Cuomo was state attorney general) and the state Department of Health.”

Carrie H. Cohen, chair of NYSBA’s Task Force on Domestic Terrorism and Hate Crimes, was ranked #52.
