Addressing Gender Disparities Through the Law

This program examines the original federal laws that acknowledged immutable characteristics and looks to rectify injustices rooted in these laws. It looks at the evolution of the civil rights laws through statute and caselaw, both federal and exclusive to New York, and discusses both recent developments as well as actual case studies and best practices.
