Discovery of AI/GAI: Possible Requests and Objections: Lunch and Learn Series 7

Generative artificial intelligence (“GAI”) will invariably become relevant to claims and defenses in litigation. For that reason, and because GAI tools will be used by attorneys to provide discovery, discovery will be sought about GAI, both because it may be relevant to a claim or defense because there will be challenges for its being used to provide discovery. This session considers GAI as a subject of discovery.
