Health Law Section Fall Meeting 2021 (Day One)

The Health Law Section will consist of hotly debated and cross-cutting issues in health care today, including long-term care, maternal mortality and morbidity, data privacy, and vaccination mandates and equity and access. Speakers will bring a New York perspective to the focus of their presentations and panels, addressing practical skills for attorneys in counseling and representing clients in the various areas of the law.
