How to Chart a Repaid Path: Article 7-C v. Article 7-D of the RPAPL

This CLE provides an overview of the warranty of habitability, dealing with repair issues outside of court, inside of court as a defense in a summary proceeding, and by filing a repair action under Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law (“RPAPL”) Article 7-C and/or Article 7-D.
