Laying the Foundation: Getting Your AI Evidence In
In the ever-changing landscape of electronic discovery and modern forms of digital evidence, understanding cutting-edge topics relating to Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential for litigators. Topics to be covered in this program will include the fundamentals AI, including a definition of relevant terms and a plain-English explanation of how AI works; an understanding of what AI can do and how it is used today; and a discussion of what admissibility issues are posed in introducing AI evidence and how to address those issues. They will also cover a description and analysis of the pertinent Federal Rules of Evidence and how they apply to AI.
