Managing Attorneys And Support Staff In The Time Of COVID-19

ManagingAttorneysandSupportStaffintheTimeofCOVID-19_Social_web675X250

Covid-19 forced attorneys to work from home and spurred significant changes in how lawyers will practice going forward in both the short and long term. This has resulted in some significant challenges, including how to manage attorneys and support staff.

Our panelists will provide three separate perspectives on how to navigate the challenges of managing employees and workflow in these changing times. We’ll cover communication strategies and methods, monitoring work, progress and billing, processes and procedures, and we’ll provide some employment law guidance for law firm managers.
