1. Overview of the current programs and the availability of ADR resources during the current COVID-19 crisis, including the Commercial Division Mediation programs and the Matrimonial Mediation Program;
2. Overview of court-staff ADR case conferencing and settlement programs;
3. The process of utilizing such programs and some of the pros and cons of remote conferencing;
4. Topics to discuss with your current and future clients regarding ADR options in New York County Supreme Court.
