The Committee on Mandated Representation and the Criminal Justice Section presented this CLE to help lawyers navigate practicing criminal law in light of the social changes that happen daily. This program will bring you up to date on gun reform and how it affects 4th amendment issues from trial to the appellate level. Additional topics include addressing consequences and options for LGBTQ+ incarcerated individuals. They also review various aspects about conviction integrity units, as well as address types of digital discovery and cybersecurity issues.
