SECURE/SECURE 2.0 and the Proposed RMD Regulations

In this program, the speakers cover the provisions of the SECURE Act, SECURE 2.0, and the Proposed Regulations that all Estate Planning and Elder Law Practitioners should know about the distribution of retirement accounts. The SECURE Act, SECURE 2.0, and the related Proposed Regulations made significant changes to the rules governing the distribution of retirement assets during the life of the account owner and upon the death of the account owner. Within these changes are significant provisions affecting beneficiaries with disabilities and those who are chronically ill and trusts for their benefit.
