The Ethics of AI/GAI Use by Attorneys: Lunch and Learn Series 2

Generative artificial intelligence (“GAI”) use by attorneys implicates a number of ethical obligations. These obligations begin with the duty of competence and continue through the Rules of Professional Conduct. This program examines those rules, how the rules apply to GAI, and suggest measures that might be taken by attorneys to discharge their ethical obligations in the context of GAI.
