The Evolution of Executive Orders and the State Budget
This program is a review of the NYS statutes and Executive Orders governing during this State of Emergency at the state and local level. Presenters will discuss the Executive Law and the application to Executive Orders. Issues surrounding economic recovery, including the impact of the recently passed State Budget and how this will impact local government will also be addressed.
