Women in Law Section and Young Lawyer Section Mentorship Program 2026
The Women in Law Section, in collaboration with the Young Lawyers Section, is pleased to offer its 2026 Mentorship Program, a structured initiative designed to support early-career women attorneys across all areas of legal practice, including litigation, public service, government, and in-house roles.
This program is intended to help newer attorneys navigate the transition from law school to practice while fostering meaningful professional relationships. Mentees are paired with experienced practitioners who provide guidance, perspective, and career insight throughout the duration of the program. Participants interested in exploring or advancing an in-house legal career will be matched with seasoned in-house counsel whenever possible.
Through one-on-one mentorship, participants will gain valuable insight into their mentor’s practice area, discuss professional challenges and opportunities, receive informal career advice, and build connections that support long-term professional growth and engagement within the legal community.
