The Impact of NYS Assembly Health Committee Chair Richard Gottfried on New York’s Health Care Delivery System
This full-day program will cover how Mr. Gottfried changed New York laws during his career.
Panelists will discuss some of the laws he has championed including those governing access, civil liberties, healthcare decision making and health care oversight; how those laws have changed the operation of the health care industry; the impact they have had on healthcare consumers; what more needs to be done to improve the health care delivery system in New York.
