This two-part program is designed for both new and more experienced environmental practitioners. Part 1, on Thursday, March 14 will address Civil Enforcement, including administrative enforcement actions. Part 2, on Thursday March 21 will cover Criminal Enforcement. The presenters are current and former attorneys from EPA and DOJ. They will share insights into the current focus of civil and criminal enforcement, the investigative tools and techniques that may be used, and the factors that influence the choice of administrative, civil, and criminal remedies. The panel will discuss some significant new cases and policy changes and will also provide time to answer your questions.
