SCOTUS Update – Year in Review
Professor Vincent Bonventre will survey the major decisions of the Supreme Court’s immediate past term and highlight the patterns in the Justices’ voting records and in the decisional record of the Court as a whole. In doing so, he will explore the extent to which the ideological and jurisprudential direction of the Court, underscored by the continuing 6-3 partisan divide, was reflected in the Court’s decisions.
