Family and Medical Leave Benefits for Workers (Video Replay)

Employees in New York are eligible for a growing array of benefits when they need time off work to care for themselves or their families. This panel will discuss New York State’s benefit programs for paid sick time, temporary disability insurance, and paid family leave, as well as New York City paid sick time and the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act. Panelists will also discuss reinstatement rights and anti-retaliation protections.
