Elder Law & Special Needs Section Spring UnProgram 2025

The UnProgram is a unique event that features small breakouts, facilitated by experienced practitioners, designed to encourage open and free-flowing discussions on any subject affecting you and your practice. Discussions are facilitated to permit the free sharing of ideas. This is your chance to exchange ideas with your colleagues who are facing similar challenges in the practice of Elder Law. In addition, there will be a CLE presentation, Grantor Trust Rules: Drafting Considerations for the Elder Law Attorney, that will count toward 1.0 MCLE Credit in Skills presented by the Elder Law and Special Needs Section Chair, Britt N. Burner of Burner Prudenti Law, P.C.
